Testimonials

"Rachel has been our Yoga Teacher for the past year at our local gym. We both joined the yoga class to regain our fitness & flexibility. Rachel offers an enjoyable practice with clear instruction, different strength levels & pose options. She understands & is respectful of the varying capabilities of her students. Rachel is both approachable & knowledgeable. She continues to study & integrates this information into her classes. Her commitment to her own practice inspires her students to practice as well. "

-Eric and Karen

"I haven't done yoga for approx 7 years and attended my first class with Rachel this morning. I enjoyed the class very much and will indeed be returning. I, and my body recommend yoga with Rachel. "

-Serenity

"Retired at 60, yoga has become part of my life, it may have taken 2 years to do a full squat. At 65 I noticed light headedness, so with medical advice I came off my blood pressure tablets after 15+ years on medication. I now don't take any prescription medication. Thank you Rachel for being part of this journey. Looking forwards to our yoga journey continuing. Best of health, Bob"

Frequently asked questions

No. You can pay on attendance if you prefer.

There are some mats, blocks, straps, eye pillows and blankets available at the hall but if you have your own please feel free to bring them along.

If your child is able to attend and participate without distracting other students from their practice they are most welcome to attend.

Currently booking is optional however it does help me to plan classes accordingly if I know who is attending so booking is appreciated.
