"Rachel has been our Yoga Teacher for the past year at our local gym. We both joined the yoga class to regain our fitness & flexibility. Rachel offers an enjoyable practice with clear instruction, different strength levels & pose options. She understands & is respectful of the varying capabilities of her students. Rachel is both approachable & knowledgeable. She continues to study & integrates this information into her classes. Her commitment to her own practice inspires her students to practice as well. "

"I haven't done yoga for approx 7 years and attended my first class with Rachel this morning. I enjoyed the class very much and will indeed be returning. I, and my body recommend yoga with Rachel. "

"Retired at 60, yoga has become part of my life, it may have taken 2 years to do a full squat. At 65 I noticed light headedness, so with medical advice I came off my blood pressure tablets after 15+ years on medication. I now don't take any prescription medication.
Thank you Rachel for being part of this journey. Looking forwards to our yoga journey continuing.
Best of health, Bob"
